Integrated MEP System Coordination and Design
We also completed an extensive MEP system coordination project where we developed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layouts from the ground up. Unlike typical value engineering, this project focused on re-designing systems for enhanced constructability, seamless interdisciplinary coordination, and long-term operational reliability. Our team streamlined service routes, improved space utilization, and harmonized all MEP services to deliver a robust and fully integrated engineering solution.
